Who is responsible for the data
The controller is VEROSEA SRL, tax ID (CUI) 43532052. For questions or requests about personal data, email contact@verosea.ro. Company identification is available on the company details page.
When you contact us
The form asks for your name, email and project description; you can also select services of interest. We use this information to respond and discuss working together. Do not include sensitive data or passwords in the description.
The message is prepared in your browser. When you press send, the data reaches the website server and is sent to Verosea's mailbox through Zoho Mail. Choosing the email app instead opens a message in your own app; you complete sending there.
For requested steps towards a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For correspondence with company representatives and service protection, it is the legitimate interest in communicating and preventing abuse under Article 6(1)(f).
Services involved
Vercel hosts the website and processes technical requests. Zoho Mail handles sending and receiving email. Cloudflare Turnstile checks requests to reduce spam and may process technical information about the browser, device and connection.
Access and potential international transfers are assessed under the applicable provider contracts. The Zoho mailbox's European region does not guarantee that all processing by all providers takes place exclusively in the EU.
Measuring visits
After your consent, Vercel Web Analytics counts pages visited and events such as contact, demos, a click on a portfolio project (project_id) and language switching. We do not include names, email or message text. If you decline, this service does not load.

Information retention
The application does not create a separate enquiry database. Sent messages are kept in email; closing the page does not delete an email already sent. Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for 6 months from the last conversation, then manually deleted from Zoho. If a collaboration begins, related documents are managed separately under the contract and applicable legal obligations.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with ANSPDCP or the competent authority. Requests can be sent by email; we verify identity when necessary.
We do not use form data to automatically subscribe you to a newsletter. The AI and CRM demonstrations on the page are local simulations, not automated decisions about clients.
